Pathetic service & miss communicated persons. They informed AC will be functional on generator even without electric supply. But, AC was switched off, & it was never turned on again! Mineral water was provided with number of reminders after three hours! Noncooperative & arrogant staff never admitted their mistakes. Their bathroom was non-fubctional! I have to take shower from another room! Towels, beds etc were dirty, staff was completely unprofessional & their get-up was seriously pathetic. Never recommended for any person.
