I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel on February 2, 2025. During my visit for lunch, I lost my very expensive and favorite watch. As soon as I realized it was missing, I informed the hotel staff and requested them to investigate. However, they showed zero concern and simply took my contact information, promising to update me. That update never came. After waiting for seven days with no response, I personally went back to the hotel, only to be met with careless and unprofessional behavior.
