United Kingdom citizens apply online through the Pakistan Online Visa System. The tourist or visit entry visa is single entry, with a stay of up to 3 months.

If your application is sent back for review, the clock restarts from re-submission, and the application is cancelled if you do not resubmit within 7 days. Issuance is the prerogative of the Government of Pakistan.

How to apply in 3 steps

  1. Preliminary assessment. Choose the visa, then check eligibility and the documents you need.
  2. Preparation. Gather your supporting documents, a photograph up to 350 KB as set out in the photo guide, and a valid credit or debit card to pay online.
  3. Online application. Select “Apply Now” on visa.nadra.gov.pk.

If you apply from a country that is not your home country, proof of legal residence there is mandatory. Upload it as “Other”.

Police registration

United Kingdom nationals are exempt from police registration, unless the immigration authorities direct you to register.
