Very bad experience at Royal Mark Hotel. The check-in time is supposed to be 2:00 p.m., but even at 3:00 p.m., no room was ready. I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over an hour, and to make things worse, the AC in the lobby is not working at all. It’s hot, uncomfortable, and no one seems to care. The service is extremely poor — no proper communication, no sense of urgency, and no hospitality. I haven’t even made it to the room yet. Totally unprofessional.
