Peaceful Location, Clean Room, Courteous Staff, Quiet Environment, Reasonable Rent. I found all this on my 3 night stay with family last week at Green Fort Hotel. The manager also let us stay extra few hours above check out time. Would stay again on my next visit to Lahore. Highly recommended.

The location is good. Its an old property inside the street. Room had lot of humidity. AC was ok. It rained that night, and the washroom roof was leaking like a free shower. Complained to the guy at reception, and he was like, it's due to the rain, and they are ok with it. Forcefully asked them for other washroom. The breakfast was ok. Limited parking at site in a row. Overall, an avg experience.
The most disgusting place we’ve ever been to. Upon entrance 2 rats ran around the corridor. We booked 6 rooms. Arrived at location they showed us one and said all are the same, that 1 room was decent. Entered the other rooms, absolutely disgusting!!! Bedsheets with yellow and black stains, remove bedsheets the topper looks as if someone has rubbed it on a dumpster. No AC remotes, they share 1 remote for the entire building. So choose your temperature before you sleep, if you freeze deal with it. The mattresses all have dips in it, they have never been updated. They said they need to clean 1 room. He changed 1 bedsheet and left the other as it is only dusted it. Cleared the table but left…

About Lahore
Stays in Lahore are mostly hotels, with serviced apartments, guest houses and resorts as well.
Lahore is the capital of Punjab and one of Pakistan's largest cities, with a historic core of walled-city lanes, Mughal monuments and colonial-era buildings spread around the old centre. Travellers usually stay in the central and southern districts, where most of the listed accommodation is concentrated, or near Allama Iqbal International Airport for short stopovers. The guide lists places to stay, mostly hotels, with some guest houses, serviced apartments and resorts and lodges. The airport lies about 6 km from central Lahore, so transfers are short. Planning point: Lahore is a large, spread-out city, so choose a district close to the sights or business you need and allow time for road traffic.
