I recently hosted birthday celebration at the Oban Hotel on 26th July 2025 with a group of 20 guests, and I must say—it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our afternoon special. We enjoyed a delightful high tea with a wide variety of delicious dishes, all of which were refilled promptly and generously. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team was polite, attentive, and dedicated—they continually checked in to ensure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. After the high tea, the hotel…

The food was excellent, served hot and full of flavor. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Ambiance is fine. Overall a very good experience, will visit again for sure.

I went to Oban restaurant with Friends and family for dinner buffet. The buffet didn't have all the dishes that were displayed in the menu, the quality of food and service was also not very good and the ambiance was not worth it. Also a few of our friends couldn't come because of some issue and the restaurant staff charged us for them also, saying that since we've made reservations for them, we've got to pay their bill, no matter they eat or not, quoting that its their policy. I've never seen or heard of any such policy in any other restaurant. It was not a good experience overall and i won't suggest it to anyone.
