I stayed at this hotel in Naran for two days and had a wonderful experience. During my stay, I interacted with lady at the front desk named Sadaf. She was extremely polite, considerate, and kind throughout my visit. Her professionalism, especially during checkout and in assisting with various matters, truly stood out and made a positive impression. The rest of the staff were also very courteous and professional, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment. The room was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good and freshly prepared, although the variety of items was quite limited. A few more options would have…

Hotel One is an average hotel, similar to many other decent hotels in Naran. It is owned by the Pearl Continental group, but only the name is associated with PC — it doesn’t offer PC-level luxury or services. The rates are normal and reasonable. We were on the 3rd floor, and our friends were on the 1st floor. There was quite a lot of noise on the 3rd floor; children were running around in the corridor, shouting loudly as if a fair was going on — it wasn’t quiet at all. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast with the rooms, the breakfast was good. The rooms are small, and there’s nothing special about the outside view. The washroom also has only basic facilities, just like other hotels…

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price. I had high hopes for this hotel due to its impressive name, but sadly, my experience was far from acceptable. The customer service was absolutely pathetic, staff were unresponsive and dismissive throughout my stay. The lift worked only for 10 minutes every couple of hours, making it a nightmare to move between floors. I called five times to complain about hot water not coming, and each time I was told to "wait 10 minutes" or "half an hour." After waiting for like 3 hours, no one ever came to fix it. In the end, I had to take a shower in freezing cold water in this cold weather and that is truly unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, with…

About Naran

Stays in Naran are mostly hotels, with resorts, guest houses and serviced apartments as well.

Naran sits in the Kaghan Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on the road that climbs towards the high passes of the western Himalaya. Most travellers stay in or near Naran bazaar, where the greatest concentration of accommodation is found, while others base themselves in the surrounding hamlets of Batakundi and Burawai or near the turn-off for Saif-ul-Malook. The listings here are mainly hotels, with some guest houses, resorts and lodges, plus a serviced apartment. The valley road is usually reached from the Hazara plains via Mansehra and Balakot, and the high passes beyond close in winter, so plan travel for the warmer months.
