Mid city location, clean environment, food quality is fine, staff behavior needs to be more polite when receving guests at front desk. Overall rating is B+.

There is a Redmi service center here in this Plaza. I went there to ask for repair of my cell phone but they are totally non professional. First a lady sitting front desk asked for mobile and placed aside. Then raised mobile after few minutes and asked me about logins. The speakers on my mobile phones were not working. She told there could be fault in mother board which will cost you 40k. She didn't checked my mobile by attaching with computer through software etc. Just said mother board issue. This is their level of service. Pathetic A person sitting next counter was arguing for claim of his new device which they were not accepting at all. This was the total environment over there!
