Four of us stayed at Hotel One Lyallpur (aka Faisalabad) for two nights. We found the staff very courteous and cooperative all the time. Ayesha at the reception was always ready to help no matter what the issue was💐 We were served the best food at the restaurant by Zahid Khalil and Quratul Ain. Both of them were very friendly and punctual. Their table service was exceptional. The general cleanliness was outstanding 💐 Overall the warmth and hospitality we receive was way more than my expectations👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thanks to Hotel One and their staff 🙏🏼

MY Room Got Cleaned Without My permission in My Absence. Like I went out of hotel for some work and when I came back after an hour or so, my room had been cleaned and all. But despite I clearly told them not to enter the room in my absence, they did. And when I complaint, everybody was blaming the other person. Luckily I dint leave any valuable stuff.
