I would rate it 8.5/10. A great location, with great environment. Positives include: nice room service, responsive management, backup power supply, availability of hot water, bottled water, parking and local shop located nearby. Improvements: connectivity (WiFi connectivity is slow, entertainment (limited - smart TVs are not there and TV has only few channels, no cable, availability of fridge, breakfast options, iron facility Big Plus: location, maintenance and ambience

The place has been renamed as Pine Park resort. The rooms are nice with windows opening to the beautiful river view. They have a nice lawn as well. The food is fine. Just one issue; we went there in summer but the weather there was quite chilly and they didn't have hot water.

The place doesn’t offer heating services during the winters time. Its not that they don’t have the facilities, they charge you for heating per hour and ridiculously high amount. We have travelled around many places and didn’t experience such a thing that basic facilities like hot water or heaters are not provided. Keeping in mind it is not a cheap accommodation. Another reason is that they didn’t inform us of such a thing before making the booking. Neither this info is stated on the website or any other place that they would charge you extra for heating. I wouldn’t recommend travelling during the winter times and specifically with kids as the temperature goes down to -4 and its hard to…
