Why are some hotels missing here?

This section lists only stays the booking search actually returned. The hotels section covers the wider IMPT hotel database for Pakistan; many of those did not come back in the scan.

What does good in a month mean?

It uses the month ratings in this site's area guides: a stay counts as good in a month when the guide for its place rates that month good or best.

Where do the badges come from?

Only from the property's own facility list or its guest reviews. A review badge shows how many reviews mention it, with a quote on the stay's page; where neither source mentions something, no badge is shown.

How does the route view work?

The Karakoram Highway trip lists its stops in order from Islamabad through Naran and Gilgit to Hunza, with Skardu as a branch from Gilgit. Each stop shows its best bookable stays, or a one-tap live search where the scan found none.
