We visited this place as part of an office trip with a group of 100 to 150 people, and the overall ambiance was truly impressive—definitely a 10/10. It's one of the best spots in Nathia Gali, with breathtaking views of nature from the resort. The food was delicious and well-prepared, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and they seemed unprepared to handle a large group efficiently. Additionally, the rates felt quite expensive compared to the level of service provided.

Al Pine Hotel Nathiagali averages 4.2 out of 5 across 4,298 reviews. A selection:
Food and Service is good but seems a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. They need to ensure cleaning of the dining places after guests leave and new ones join in. Further the parking spots should be clarified to guests arriving so they can handover their vehicles to valet service rather than going dowhill and then hiking way back up to the sitting area on a steep uphill track.
Wonderful place and location. The terraces are beautiful and offer excellent views of the valley. Seating arrangements are comfortable and sufficient both indoor and outdoors. The place is crowded in high season and weekends. Parking is somewhat difficult. Food is average and tastes barely satisfactory. Prices are very high. Rooms are well made with good access and privacy however the prices are extremely expensive. Those who can afford, it’s a high end spot and offers good retreat. You can spend time with nature and beautiful views/ nature. Nothing much to do besides.
