Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite with access to the executive lounge. The room was luxurious, spacious, and equipped with every possible amenity. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely supportive, accommodating, and displayed outstanding hospitality throughout the stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant — both the food quality and presentation, as well as the overall decor, could benefit from an upgrade to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

It was my first stay in this hotel. Location, service as well as staff were amazing. Breakfast also was fantastic. I had chance to go through massage services. Ms Serat has released my frozen shoulder amazingly as she was very much sincere and honest to the profession I have never seen it before. Overall five stars rating
Room and ambiance was good. Requested them to make up them my room at 1050 hrs in the morning. Came back and the room was not made. Again requested at about 1430 hrs and than again at about 1730 hrs and left my room. Came back after 2200 hrs and wow .... Room was not touched again. Spent 2 nights there without housekeeping. I was not expecting that. Food was good and up to the mark.
